2:45pm: The importance of Millennial Employee Engagement and the impact on your Customer Experience – Fyiona Yong, Millennial coach. How the millennial employee experience impacts your customers. Perceptions and misconceptions about millennials. How millennials redefine employee engagement in the workplace. How to design a generational inclusive workplace.
