Will Ross, is Chief Executive Officer of Lazada Crossborder (Hong Kong), Lazada Group. He took up the role in April 2017.

Will drives the acquisition and development of sellers across the world, offering a one-stop solution to the Southeast Asian online markets including Indonesia (www.lazada.co.id), Malaysia (www.lazada.com.my), the Philippines (www.lazada.com.ph), Singapore (www.lazada.sg), Thailand (www.lazada.co.th) and Vietnam (www.lazada.vn). Together with his team, Will aligns all aspects of the crossborder business and operations with secured payment options, wide distribution networks, seller engagement and services.

Will’s mission for Lazada Crossborder (Hong Kong) is to provide an ecosystem that empowers sellers to successfully build and grow an online business with Lazada across Southeast Asia. Prior to joining Lazada Group, Will served as Managing Partner and Member of the Advisory Board for Nest Hong Kong. This followed his time in Vietnam where he launched the IPO process for VietJetAir.com.

In 2005, Will moved to Hong Kong from London and started his career at HSBC where he held senior roles in capital markets, Islamic Finance, and headed the initiative to drive the strategy for crossselling investment banking services that took HSBC to the top of the high-yield league table in Asia. Prior to his journey in Asia, he worked with ABN AMRO and Merrill Lynch.
